NeuYou Shipping & Return Policy
At NeuYou, we want to ensure your new look reaches you quickly and seamlessly. Please review our shipping timelines and hassle-free return guidelines below.
1. Shipping Policy
We offer two types of delivery options based on item availability. To see if an item qualifies for quicker shipping, look for the Fast Delivery Icon on the product page.
Fast Shipping
Items marked with the Fast Delivery Icon are shipped immediately from our nearest fulfillment center:
- Metro Cities: Delivered within 3-4 days.
- Rest of India: Delivered within 5 to 7 days.
Standard Shipping
For all other items and sizes without the fast delivery icon:
- Across India: Delivered within 10 to 15 days.
Order Tracking
The moment your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can track your NeuYou package every step of the way, right to your doorstep.
2. Return Policy
If your purchase isn’t a perfect fit, we make returns incredibly easy. You can return eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be completely unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags, packaging, and labels must remain completely intact.
How to Request a Return
- Visit the NeuYou Returns Portal on our website.
- Enter your Order ID and contact details.
- Request a home pickup. No questions asked! Our courier partner will come to collect the package from your address.
Refund Process
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, our team will verify its condition. Upon successful verification, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note: Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
